Support ~Nois’ 10 Year Anniversary

Ten years ago, ~Nois was formed and ~tildes~ were changed forever. Help us celebrate our 10th anniversary season, beginning in fall of 2026!

From a student ensemble to a thriving not-for-profit organization, the past nine years have seen tremendous growth for ~Nois. Our unwavering commitment to championing new music for saxophone has propelled the organization to reach 20,000+ audience members, 15,000+ students, and 1,000,000+ digital listeners worldwide. By the end of our 10th season, ~Nois will have presented over 250 concerts, 180 educational engagements, 130 premieres, 50 commissions, 6 albums, and 11 singles.

As this milestone season approaches, we’re working harder than ever to make our 2026/2027 season one to remember. Exciting new projects in the pipeline will include world premieres by Chris Cerrone, Nicolás Lell Benavides, Emma O’Halloran, and Paul Novak, alongside collaborations with the LUNA Composition Lab and soprano Lindsay Kesselman. As part of our steadfast commitment to archiving our work through recorded media, an anniversary release on Cedille Records will feature a wide breadth of recently commissioned quartets by our treasured collaborators Nico Muhly, Hans Thomalla, Shawn Okpebholo, and Bobby Ge.

With ambitious art comes ambitious fundraising goals, so ~Nois is raising $100,000 over the course of the next 10 months. Donations to our 10 year anniversary campaign will go to support our commissioning efforts, recording expenses, and educational outreach for the 2026/2027 season.
